Welcome, I'm Cindy, and I'm glad you're here, because if you’re reading this there’s a good chance you feel that something in your life needs to shift. Maybe you already know what that is, or perhaps you’re still figuring it out—that’s okay. We’re all different, and wherever you are in your process is a fine place to begin. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.​​

Opening up to someone new can be hard. I offer a 30-minute online initial consultation (£30) that gives us a chance to see if working together feels like a good fit.
